By browsing our site, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to these Terms — so give them a read before you set sail with us. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. Ordering & Acceptance

Adding an item to your cart doesn’t lock in a sale — a contract is only formed once we accept your order, which we confirm by email after checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if an item is out of stock, priced incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

2. Pricing & Currency

All prices on Nakama Wear are set in US Dollars (USD), our base currency. For your convenience, prices can also be shown in EUR, GBP, CAD, or AUD using the currency switcher — these are a guide and may differ slightly from your bank or card provider’s exchange rate and any conversion fees they charge. The currency you’re actually billed in depends on your payment method’s own settings. We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but if a genuine pricing error slips through, we’ll contact you before shipping so you can confirm or cancel the order.

3. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout (major debit/credit cards and any other options offered there). Payment is taken when you place your order. All payments are processed through secure, third-party payment providers — we never store your full card details on our own servers.

4. Shipping

We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Spain and Italy. Shipping is free on every order, and delivery times can vary by location, item, and local customs — some pieces are made by manufacturing partners overseas, which affects how fast they reach you. 5. Returns & Refunds

Not feeling the fit, or the design wasn’t quite what you pictured? You have 30 days from delivery to send an eligible item back. Full conditions, exceptions, and how to start a return are all on our Refunds & Shipping page — please read it before requesting a return.

6. Age Requirement for Cosplay Props & Replicas

Some items in our catalog — like foam and rubber katana, prop swords, and other cosplay weapon replicas — are decorative props only: not sharp, not functional weapons. These items are recommended for ages 18+ and sold strictly for display, photography, and cosplay use. By ordering a prop or replica item, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you’ll use it responsibly — no combat use, and no attempt to bypass shipping restrictions on prop weapons in your country or region.

7. Fan Store & Intellectual Property

Nakama Wear is an independent, fan-run store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to One Piece, Jujutsu Kaisen, Naruto, Demon Slayer, or their respective creators, publishers, or rights holders. All character names, series titles, and related trademarks belong to their original owners and are referenced here purely so you can find fan merchandise inspired by the shows we love. The Nakama Wear name, logo, and original site content that we do own may not be copied or reused without our permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We work hard to describe our products accurately and ship them safely, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, Nakama Wear is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or your order — including minor color or print variation between screen and product, carrier or customs delays, or issues arising from misuse of decorative props. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under mandatory consumer-protection law that cannot be excluded where you live.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the store or the law. Whatever version is published here, with its “Last updated” date, is the one that applies — check back if you want the latest.
