Where Do I Find My Order Number?

Your Order ID is in the confirmation email we sent right after checkout, and it’s also listed under Orders in your account. Can’t find the email? Search your inbox for “Nakama Wear” — and check spam/promotions too, sometimes it hides there.

What to Expect

We aim to pack and dispatch every order from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. From there, domestically held items usually arrive quicker, while pieces manufactured overseas can take up to a month to reach you — some treasures just have a longer Grand Line to sail. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email you with your tracking details, so keep an eye on your inbox.
